Return Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase from our boutique, kindly return it to us within 10 days of purchase accompanied with your receipt and all original tags to receive a full refund.

• After 10 days, an exchange or store credit can be given for returned merchandise provided it is returned with a receipt and all manufacturer tags and within 30 days.   
• Any merchandise that is missing the manufacturer tags, is worn, used or altered cannot be returned.    

Clearance: All sales are final on clearance merchandise, closeout sales and retired items. 

Damages: Any items with a manufacturers defect will be shipped to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.

Fresh Flowers and Plants: Products from our Floral Department are exchangeable for a fresh product replacement if returned within 48hours of receipt. 

Holiday Decorations: Merchandise is returnable for a refund if returned before the holiday and within 10 days of purchase with a receipt. Exchange or store credit if returned before the holiday with receipt within 30 days. Decorations are not returnable after the holiday.
